SirionLabs is a 550+ people company with 7 offices globally.Job Role: Associate Product ManagerYears of Experience required: 2-3 YearsWork Location: GurgaonProduct Management @SirionLabsProduct managers at SirionLabs are responsible for creating world-class products, improving customer adoption, satisfaction and have the complete ownership of the product road map and development plans. As a product manager at SirionLabs, you will have a high-visibility role where you will constantly interface with executive leadership. In this role, you will define experiences, identify opportunities to leverage new technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics and automation to help us deliver enterprise contract management at scale.You will work directly with Fortune 500 customers across industries iterating on your product and driving new business. We expect the candidate to be a passionate customer advocate within Sirion, with proven analytical capabilities and product management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You will interact with Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other operations specialists who all work together to support our Fortune 500 clients globally.A strong technical background is required, as you will be working closely with top engineers to drive design to implementation. We value product managers who want to sit with the developers and dig into the details as owners of the service where we define, develop, and ship new services and features.Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree in a technical field or concentration.
• Master s Degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or similar concentration; 2+ years of experience as product manager in cloud-based software
• Candidates with excellent knowledge in technology & software products, and with a Masters in Business Administration, from top Business Schools are invited to apply for this position.
• Proven ability to develop, communicate and gain consensus on a product roadmap or feature set for a platform product supporting a consumer facing product portfolio
• Demonstrated success in working with product teams leading collaboration between engineering, UX, customer success, project management & product teams to ship products that deliver result; Engage closely with Engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
• Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making in product development
