Job Description

    Vice President - Performance Marketing- Uncap is partnering with a leading internet product organisation solving for everything around travel using technology.- The outlined role is to strengthen the leadership canvas by onboarding a forward-looking leader as Head of Performance Marketing. The incumbent will lead marketing efforts and drive growth for the line of business.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a performance marketing strategy that delivers on business objectives and KPIs.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth- Manage a team of performance marketing professionals and oversee their day-to-day activities- Set KPIs for the performance marketing team and track progress against them- Collaborate with other marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and goals- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing- Manage budgets and ensure ROI targets are met- Experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth and scale campaigns- Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize user experienceRequirements:- Degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred- 9+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing in a B2C organisation.- Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions- Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google AnalyticsIf you are a results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
