Job Description

Role : Head - Sales Operations Support ( for BPO / ITeS Industry) Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore Summary : The Sales Operations Support Leader will Head , Build & Lead the Sales Operations Function for the Organisation. The Individual will work closely with the CXOs , Business Leaders & Sales Team Globally. Help understand current future tends for the sales function. Support the Sales Team to be able to deliver the results effectively. - Provide data and guides to help the sales leadership teams- Develop and monitor performance indicators- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information- Keep record of sales trends by units / teams/ regions etc.- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies- Stay up-to-date with new offerings and ensure sales team is on board Preferred Candidate: - Incumbent who is currently working in BPO/ITeS industry- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist / Leader- Hands on experience with CRM systems- Excellent communication skills- Analytical and multitasking skills- Should have managed Teams.- Team working skills are critical,
