Job Description

    Experience in Asp.net platform (C#, ASP.NET, XML, Visual Studio 2008/2012, .NET)Atleast 2 yrs Experience with .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0, development tools with Visual Studio.NET 2005 and 2010, HTML, and CSS.Understand, translate and convey business needs within and outside the teamUse SEI/CMM quality model to use and embody best coding, designing and maintenance practicesShould have worked on Client Server development projects,Familiar with Microsoft Development Architecture and Tool set.Participate in Requirement Analysis and design discussions (Internal and with Client)Design, code and deploy modules and enhancementsResolve problems of moderate to high degree of complexityBuild, develop, and motivate the team. Identify and resolve gaps in Team skills, Knowledge and resourcesMentor, assess and motivate the team members, define their career growth plansHelp resolve complex technical issues within and outside the teamExposure to Financial (Finance, Inventory, Payroll, Sales and Distribution) and CRM Applications desirable.Good written and verbal Communication Skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to understand and produce technical documentation, and ability to work in teams are must.
