    • Scrum Master for Corporate Application Services for Sunlife Financials.
    Preferred skills (heading) / Comptences particulires (titre)
    • Mandate Technical & Behavior Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Agile concepts, Scrum and ability to handle multiple Scrum PODs
    • Basic knowledge of SDLC & waterfall / project management concepts.
    • Strong experience in Excel. Knowledge of VBA will be added advantage.
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills required, proficient level of stakeholder management.
    • Good problem solving and analytical skills
    • Decision making ability supported with data
    • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
    • Requires strong interpersonal, motivational, organizational and planning skills.
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Proficient level of knowledge of relevant business systems and practices of a department
    • Works independently requiring little supervision
    • Ability to make decisions under pressure
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, business and project management people to proactively manage project issues logs, risk logs, status reports, etc.
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong sense of team as well as sense of urgency/prioritization
    • Highly-organized individual, detail oriented
    • Ability to work in an environment where priorities change frequently
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Preferred skills
    • High level of skill using SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Experience in a life insurance industry/Financial products
