So, if these are the ideals that excite you, there is definitely a place for you at SirionLabs!Job Role: Manager/Senior Manager RPA DevelopmentYears of Experience required: 8+ Years Work Location: GurgaonResponsibilities:

  • Drive technology innovation and implementation best practices
  • Lead design sessions, and architect top quality automation solution spanning technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, etc
  • Perform design/code reviews and help resolve technical challenges
  • Help define and implement CoE standards, best practices, toll gates and controls for development teams to follow
  • Articulate business issues, concerns and challenges and help internal and external customers make important decisions
  • Work with a team of business analysts, Business SMEs, extended application teams, and other support teams at SirionLabs
Highly preferred skills and experience:
  • Solutions Architect Experience and expertise in RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and other RPA products.
  • Various web-development technologies including HTML, CSS Selectors, SOAP and REST web services, MQ messaging.
  • Proficient with major relational database platform, specifically SQL Server and Oracle
  • Modern, object-oriented, or functional programming experience (e.g., Java, .NET, C#).
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, or similar.
  • Experience with workflow / Business Process Management tools
  • Prior Project Management experience is a key for this role
  • Experience in Automation using APIs
  • Handled team of RPA developers
  • Expertise or proven track record in delivery savings to the organization or customer via RPA automation
  • Experience with GitHub or other source control and defect tracking tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodology tools such as IBM RTC, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Competence in financial services industry business processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate advanced technical topics; both verbal and written
  • Time Management Skills - ability to prioritize and delegate tasks across multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to discover and understand clients as-is and to-be business and technical processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently, both with internal and external (partner) resources
Mandatory Skills:
  • Blue Prism (v 6.6 and above)
  • UiPath
  • .NET (C#, VB Script)
  • Database (Oracle / SQL Server)
  • BPMN
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience in working with RPA technologies such as Blue Prism &UiPath.
  • Blue Prism Solutions Architect certification preferred
  • Good English language skills
