Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be a part of a Worldwide Delivery Center (WDC) in Gurugram, India, which includes a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) CoE, to use artificial intelligence ( AI ) and machine learning capabilities to deliver highvolume, repeatable tasks. RPA will help the organization drive process standardization and best practices, optimize nondifferentiated services and leverage synergies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Work as a RPA programmer on various RPA projects, pilots and POCs
  • Work under supervision of RPA Specialist to deliver projects as per mandated schedule and quality.
  • Liaise with Business Analyst to work on automation project requirements
  • Guide and support junior team members on various technical aspects of the project / CoE
  • Stays abreast of current RPA trends to enable self to deliver on emerging trends in RPA CoE
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree with a Major in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • Must have 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in Automation Anywhere tools.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of RPA tool across Automation Anywhere / UiPath Development and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI integration into RPA will be an added advantage.
  • Should have knowledge of OCR tools like Abbyy/IQ Bot and its integration with the RPA platform
  • Should have developed AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
  • Must have experience in analyzing business process to support automation opportunities feasibility
  • Must have experience of working directly with business functions
  • Must have experience of understanding and adhering to RPA best practice and development techniques
  • Must have experience in Process Automation monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Must have experience of deploying RPA components: BoTs, development tools.
  • Must have experience of quality assurance of automation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the big picture and deliver results in a partnering and collaborative style.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts, to support the different regions.
