Job Description

    operates in B2C model .Process - Debt consolidationRequired 50 Sales closures Associates ( Hardcore sales )Job Description is mentioned below:1. *It would be a blended process for 95% outbound and 05% inbound.*2. Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialer and manualresources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.3. Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters andcriterias4. Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counselor in-house5. Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in tothe product and services we offer.6. Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operatesfrom Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends whenrequired7. Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound sales in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.8. EXCELLENT communication skills.9. Salary date is 10th of every month.10. Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 80 thousand)11. Meal, both side pick and drop facility12. Salary up to INR 50,00013. Annual increment policies and appraisal.14. Work module is fixed. Company operates in accordance to US EST working hours15. Shift Log in from 7:00PM IST till 4:30 AM IST (Based on Day Light Saving )
