Job Description

    • Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Gurugram, achieve monthly revenue targets.
    • Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the customers.
    • Intermediate negotiation processes, advice clients on market conditions and prices.
    • Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
    • Scheduling, accompanying and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure through managing daily routine calls.
    • Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.
    • Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the sale.
    • Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Sales
