Job Description

    1. Roles & Responsibilities:
      1. Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
      2. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
      3. Set individual sales targets with sales team
      4. Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
      5. Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
      6. Assisting team members in Convert prospect into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential, affordable and commercials properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.
      7. Use leads generated by Marketing and Technical Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs etc).
      8. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
      9. Submit activity/sales report to Management.
      10. Responsible to maintain the database of the clients and updating them regarding different proceedings of their purchased Units.
      11. Do follow-up time to time with our existing clients.
