Job Description

    Achieve GWP targets with assigned partners and territory.1. Continuous interaction with brokers and other intermediaries2. Activate various POS mapped to ensure broad-based sourcing and increase in GWP issued.3. Managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers and to continuously updating the same.Train, develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals.1. Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.2. Motivate and help partner employees to share and even close more leads in timely manner.3. Improve the companys mindshare and thereby wallet-share.Adherence to Sales process1. Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated.2. Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.Renewal persistency1. Decoding clients requirement, pain points and opportunity areas2. Providing need-based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
