eCommerce Sales Manager ( Audio Products ) @ Gurgaon, IndiaOur client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. Its a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.Position : eCommerce Sales Manager ( Audio Products ) Location : GurgaonEducation : MBA - Marketing ( a prior B-tech in Electronics or Electrical will be an added advantage )Experience : 6 - 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the related industry of Online Sale or Loyalty program vendors. Compensation : Commensurate with education and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile :1. Candidate will own & drive the targeted revenue across various Online partners like Paytm, Snapdeal, Myntra, Tata Cliq etc.- Work closely with internal Sales planning & finance team for inventory management and stock allocation.- Ensure listing of new products and expansion across categories in their respective accounts.- Understand the seasonality and sales trend to be able to project the sales and revenue on regular basis.- Needs to act as an Interface between the account and the organization and will be responsible for all activities that form a part of building a relationship with the accounts.- To deliver the budget both in terms of Sales and Contribution Margin (CM). Increase Sales margin and optimize fixed cost of the market.- Fulfill sales commitment month on month basis. Manage and Lead all activation as planned in JBP and deliver ROI.2. Candidate should be an MBA - Marketing ( a prior B-tech in Electronics or Electrical will be an added advantage ).- Should have 6 - 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the related industry of Online Sales or Loyalty program vendors.- Should have strong influencing skills. Communication skills should be excellent. Results driven, eager to grow, self-motivated. Preferably Gurgaon based and should have a vehicle.- Comfortable to travel across key locations like Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.,
