    • Handling of queries of walk in clients and through telephone and emails
    • Increasing and maintaining the broker base adding new brokers to existing channels by visits and tele conversation.
    • Sales & Marketing of new launched & existing Commercial & residential projects of Different developers.
    • Identifying prospective clients generates business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets.
    • Motivating brokers for additional business through various incentive schemes.
    • Sales and marketing of new launch & existing commercial projects
    • Pitching products according to customers needs.
    • Handling of queries of walk in clients and through telephone and emails
    • Minimum 5 years experience into commercial projects sales
