Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets for our business through Digital Platform.1.Comfortable speaking in front of the camera. Greet customers in a good way.2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).3.Answer customers questions about specific products.4.Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.5. Cross-sell products.6. Ensure racks are fully stocked.7. Manage returns of merchandise.8. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services.10. Targets are not given individually but there will be store sales targets.Requirements:1. 0 - 2 years experience as Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.2.Comfortable to work on camera with good communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.3.Understanding of the retail sales process with basic mathematics skills.4.Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.5.Track record of achieving store sales targets.,
