Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for a Credit Counsellor/Consultant for a well-established Company
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
    • Previous exp in Sales/ tele sales/ Inside sales/ counselling, or
    • experience in Credit card / Insurance sales, or
    • experience in Customer service and upselling
    Work from OfficeLocation -GurgaonShift -Days shifts [5 Days working] Saturdays and Sundays are fixed offSalary -up to 3LPA + Incentives + Paid leaves policyJob Requirement:
    • Sales background will be recommended.
    • Creating outboundcalls and counseling customer regarding the Credit/Cibil score.
    • Counsel the customer for their credit related issues
    • Convert the call into sales by selling their products
    • Should have the capability to judge the requirements of theCustomersand should be able to convert into the Sales.
    Skills and Key Responsibility:
    • Good Communication skills (Fluency in English and Hindi Both)
    • Candidate should be comfortable for the sales/counselling profile.
    • Should be comfortable to take multiple calls in a day.
    • Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and get the jobs done.
