* He/She will Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.* He/She Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converts them into sales.* There will be sales targets according to their salary.* He/She Will strive towards going beyond the assigned target and achieve the best possible conversion rate.* He/She will build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.* He/She will Keep records of all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything.* Exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (us accent), and written communication Skills.* Understand Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.* Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.* Go-Getter with a Positive attitude, honesty, and hardworking.* Ability to work independently and under pressure.* Candidates with exposure to ms Office and the Internet would be given preference.
