Job Description

    We are recruiting a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect that would have the opportunity to work on international projects with illustrious Softsensor clients. As a solution architect, you will be responsible for mentoring the Salesforce team in addition to providing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and its products. By utilizing affordable and effective tools and processes, you will direct the client and the team in the implementation of solid and scalable solution models. This position is right for you if you want to lead the way for others.Principal duties:Lead the technical and architecture teams for Salesforce; develop, create, and improve the application architecture; and work with the customer to define their architectural vision and roadmap.Create the solution framework and provide guidance to the Salesforce development team.Make POCs for the client to better explain the suggested solution and serve as the basis for client meetings.Recognize the user stories and offer precise workload projections.Work together to strengthen teamwork, coordination, and alignment both inside and outside the company.Keep up with Salesforce updates, new features, and product plans.Required Qualifications:Degree comparable to a Bachelors in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.8+ years of broad Salesforce implementation experience (any cloud).Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, and Platform Development 1English communication skills, both written and oral.Proficiency with the SOQL and SOSL languages.Proficiency with HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc.Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how to integrate Apps via the Appexchange platformWorking knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc
