Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSalesforce-Business AnalystRole Description -The Business Analyst is responsible for partnering with business users to understand requirements, and then design and implement supporting Salesforce system solutions across the Marketing, Sales and Services cloud, to enable the realization of desired business value. They are also responsible for ensuring the integrity, sustainability, and minimization of complexity for the Salesforce solution within and across business process domains.Roles & Responsibilities-Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities to drive business value, translate these into Business requirementsDesign domain-specific, multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform that power personalized, frictionless customer experiences and maximize business value .Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce Platform.Provide analysis and recommendations on optimization of Salesforce IT solutions for Sales and Services processes.Contribute to projects as a specialist for Salesforce Sales and Services processes.Administration and configuration of Salesforce Sales and Services modules.Design solutions that maximum usability whilst minimizing code and customizationConduct process related end-to-end tests ensuring requirements are metResponsible for the acceptance of new system developments from our implementation partner.Conduct end-user training for the new services and features launched through the Salesforce platformLead software vendors and external consultants ensuring the quality of deliverablesHandle support requests, error analysis and correction as part of 3rd level support and change request management with adherence to SLA.Ensure IT system controls and standards are always adhered to, across all teamsProvide input to the regional SFDC lead in the analysis of the as-is APAC salesforce landscape for the Sales and Services process domain, to define a regional salesforce strategyCollaborate with other Salesforce experts to help solve technical/engineering problems at an operational level.Knowledge and Skills Requirements:Solid understanding of native Salesforce features and functionalities in the Sales and Services cloudSolution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHighly organized, strong attention to detail, methodical approachVery good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define sophisticated process solutions.Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environmentCredentials and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.3-5 years of professional experience in IT projects with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Services Cloud (Marketing exposure an advantage).Experience in integration of cloud-based enterprise applications focusing on Salesforce modulesExperience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Informatica).Initial experience in Agile methodologies is an advantage.Proven track record of designing successful system landscapes.Regards,HR Team
