Job Description

    Job Title: SAP Fico ConsultantLocation: Permanent WFHRelevant Experience in SAP FICO(8 + Years) is Mandatory. If you donthave please do not apply.Primary Responsibilities:FI ResponsibilityShould possess SAP FI (GL & AR/AP Specifically) knowledge for preparation of business blueprints,business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.Should have knowledge on the Bank accounting and Asset accounting, Chart of accounts, field statusvariants, validation & substitution, BTEs & BADIs.Should have experience in maintaining Field status variants, Fiscal year variant, drilldown reports.Experience in configuring financial statement versions, document splitting, AP/AR Master data, interest,payments is required.Strong knowledge in New GL, GL Master data, document splitting is desired.Hands on experience in Open item processing, interest calculation, down payments, vendor invoice.Strong knowledge of AP/AR Master data, automatic and manual payments processing & invoices ismandatory.Knowledge in GR/IR clearing process, correspondence (types, programs & forms).CO ResponsibilityShould have knowledge on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Contract Accounting,Activity based Cost accounting, Overhead Cost accounting, Reporting under S4 Hana Finance for FICOreports under ECC, S4 Hana Finance under ASAP and Agile methodology.Cost Center Accounting - Experience creating new Cost Center hierarchy, groups, planning Cost centerallocation of expenses under Assessment and distribution, Statistical key figures.Experience implementing Internal Order Planning, settlement, Month end reports.Consulting ResponsibilityDevelop templates and methods to improve the efficiency of application support.Gather and prioritizes relevant SAP Business requirements and designing the appropriate solution.Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such asMaterials Management (MM), FI-GL, AA, AR and design plus troubleshoot in the area with this knowledge.Should be familiar with the month end and year end closing activities.Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like MM and PM.Should have experience and knowledge in S4 HANA FINANCE with new data structurewww.vertexone.netDefines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out theunit, cycle and integration tests.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor/Masters Degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, Masters in Business Administration ordegree in Finance or equivalent degrees.At least 5+ years of experience in SAP applicationShould have minimum of one full life-cycle implementation experienceShould have mature inter-personnel and communication skills, both written and oralAdditional Requirements:Exposure to SAP Project Systems (PS) would be preferredWorking experience in utilities and energy sector would be preferentialFluency in written and spoken English, proficiency with MS Visio, Word and Excel, incident managementtools.Conceptual understanding of relational databases and middleware technology.Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud computing.Can work under minimum supervision, good time management and work planning
