About the opportunityThe successful candidate will play a proactive role in this function to support Test Data Masking process for non-prod environment and respective data refreshes for FFB portfolio.Key Responsibilities Liaising with product and capability owners to compile data changes and check if that data qualifies for data masking, Maintain the environment schedule for data refreshes and provide masked data as per agreed estimates and schedule. Maintain and keep up-todate the data fields set which requires masking. Support multiple requests for data masking from different projects and business areas. Support environment data refresh schedule and implementation with business and technology stakeholders. Establish governance and control process around progressive schema and data changes ensuing viability of masking scripts. Responsible for audit controls around masked data required for sharing with 3rd party / vendors. Owns engagement and plan of test data masking and data refreshes. Job Requirements Focus on requirements gathering, design, development, implementation and support of Test Data Masking and environment refresh needs. The individual will support automation framework and solutions for test data masking and Subsetting using IBM Optim tool. The position will work closely with Applications Development, Platform and Capability owners, QA, Database Administrators, Data Modelers and Data Quality teams to define requirements and develop data masking solutions. Support applications that have existing standard masking artifacts and processes. Understand the current process in place and execution of standard masking techniques across the portfolios. Design, Develop and Implement automation frameworks and workflows of the data masking and refresh processes. Knowledge of German Language will be an added advantage.Experience and Qualifications Necessary Skills are: At least 7 years overall experience within IT with expertise in data masking activities with IBM Optim or equivalent tools sets. Hands-on experience in using IBM Optim (Data Masking) and Subsetting techniques; writing user defined functions in IBM Optim is a plus. Good understanding of data masking, scrubbing, quality and integration techniques. Good hands-on knowledge on database technologies like Sybase, MySQL and Oracle. Technical knowledge regarding data models, data flow diagrams and database design development. Expertise in cross platform/database is a plus. Experience with UNIX/Linux/Windows and Flat file systems. Knowledge of capacity planning is a plus. Hands-on experience on database scripting and respective automation workflows. Hands-on experience with Shell / Perl / Python Scripting. Good understanding and hands-on experience around DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Urban Deploy, JIRA, confluence. Good understanding of relational DB, SQL/ PL SQL knowledge. Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types. Good understanding of Java / J2EE / SOA based architecture or setup. Good understanding of principles of environment and change management. Excellent stakeholder management. ITIL certified. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Understanding of financial services domain will be preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. Calm approach when under pressure Ability to collaborate and work in teams Solid organizational skills Knowledge of the mutual funds industry Preferable Skills are: Test Data Masking using IBM Optim tool. Understanding of databases like IBM DB2, Oracle and Sybase. Stakeholder Management ITIL certified.
