Equity Research - Sell Side - Senior Associate- Support Equity Research Analyst of a global investment bank in carrying out research on a portfolio of companies- Track news, events, and results of the companies under coverage- Track and monitor regulatory trends impacting the industry- Build and maintain databases tracking key macroeconomic indicators/industry KPIs- Work on Financial Models update historical numbers, build projections, and carry out valuation- Listen to and summarize investment conference calls- Assist the Lead Analyst in preparation of company profiles, newsletters, flash notes, earning notes, initiating coverage reports, etc.- Develop roadshow presentations- Handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirementsSkill Set Required :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and ability to conduct financial analysis- Understanding of valuation methodologies- Good financial writing skills (beyond factual reporting, such as company description)- Well versed in building financial models with forecasting- Ability to build client relations- Ability to work independently Knowledge of database tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and other financial data systems- Knowledge of VBA, Excel Macros will be an added advantageEducation and experience :- MBA / PGDM (Finance) / CA; CFA (US) would be an added advantage- 3-6 Years of sell side ER experience ( Healthcare sector )Evalueserve is committed to providing equal opportunities (EEO) globally, eliminating discrimination and promoting good relations among employees, regardless of age, disability, race, ethnicity or origin, religion or belief, sex, gender assignment, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status.
