Job Description

    We are looking for a strong senior backend engineer with proven technology experience to be part of a team delivering world class software. We are looking for an analytical, results- driven back-end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of building electronic health record software. Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. Developing back-end website applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Design client-side and server-side architecture. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design. Create security and data protection settings. Write technical documentation Designing and developing APIs. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software. Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code. Logical Thinking Industry knowledgeTechnological Knowledge Understanding of developmental tools Coding excellence Professional attitudeSkillsExperience level knowledge on RDMS (MySQL, Postgres), Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. Backend programming experience using PHP and familiarity with Laravel Framework. Experience in system design & building microservices/SOA architecture. Experience in building an Event-Driven Architecture. Knowledge in AWS services like Lambda, SQS, EC2, ALB, Cloudfront, WAF etc. Experience developing web, desktop and mobile applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to form strong relationships with internal teams. The ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure 3+ years of relevant experience design and development of Full Stack applications using PHP MVC Framework Laravel. Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, or a related field Strong coding, data structures, and algorithms. The ability to own end to end responsibility right from the requirement to release. The ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code. Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility Experience working for early-stage and late-stage startups preferred Required Behaviors Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgment.
