  • Leading Data coordination team
  • Detail knowledge of workflow and documenting the same
  • Defining project execution process based on:
    • Project type
    • Software
  • Preparing of Cad Manual (standard and project specific)
  • Preparing of software manual
  • Defining delivery process with Data coordination team

  • Good knowledge of Revit, Tekla, Navisworks.
  • Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective
  • Dealing with digital files and managing drawing production
  • Working closely with BIM technologists who are ultimately responsible for producing models.
  • Leading a Team of BIM modelers Training or upskilling colleagues in specific software tools
  • Having aptitude to promote automation and digitalization.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements in building technology
  • Leading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues
  • Control Schedule & budget.
