Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levelsUndertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product OwnerSupport Lean Portfolio Management engagementAssume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely mannerPlay an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the T&O practiceContribute to T&O thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools.,
