We are currently looking for a seasoned engineering leader with a solid ability to design and execute products that power enterprise experiences.We are looking for leaders with a solid technical foundation plus a track record of structuring healthy organizations that encourage effective collaborations across multiple disciplines. Youll influence technical decision-making drive prioritization and execution while managing outstanding engineers and engineering managers in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment.As a member of Enterprise Digital, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.Youll have the following responsibilitiesBuild, manage diverse squads of software engineers and engineering managersOversee both technical and organizational leadershipDevelop cross-functional and cross-disciplined partnerships to drive engineering effortsReinforce effective strategies and execute against themBuild a culture of respect, integrity, inclusion, innovation.Youll have the following skills & experience10+ years of experience in building software products7+ years of management experienceDemonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance managementAbout BTBT has a key role in British society, fostering change and leading technology innovation.
