Job Description

    Who we are: We are a leading insurance tech innovator, a new-age contextual microinsurance products firm backed by ICICI Prudential, Religare, HDFC Ergo, and Tata AIG Insurance among many others. We are looking for an experienced HR Candidate for the Gurgaon location who can enhance the organizations human resources by planning and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The incumbent will be responsible for leading, developing and executing talent management strategies for support functions by leveraging contemporary best practices in the space of Organization development and automationResponsibilities include but not limited to:- Develop Recruitment Strategy and improve the overall efficiency of the recruitment to understand the type of resources required in the organization - Creating strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks) Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc - Process improvement initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline and improve quality of hire. - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. - Own specific learning processes at the organization level and build operating efficiencies through analytics, budgeting, vendor management. - Enable digitization of learning processes for smooth integration with HR processes like talent management, performance management Desired Skills: - Expertise in recruitment (Tech/ Non tech), learning & development, talent management and systems implementation. - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems - Excellent communication and people skills - Aptitude in problem-solving - Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach What we offer:Unlimited growth opportunity, an exciting work environment and the best remuneration in the industry.,
