Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position of Senior Java Fullstack Engineer at LTI Mindtree.
    • A senior full-stack engineer who is extremely passionate about development through the design, development, documentation, testing, modification, and maintenance of new and existing software applications supporting great web experiences.
    • He/ She will apply modern best-practice techniques, procedures, and criteria to the development life cycle, especially in an Agile methodology, to translate business objectives and client needs into effective web interactive applications.
    • Will provide subject matter and technology expertise on assigned applications to include interfaces and interrelationships with other applications, systems, and departments.
    Responsibilities:
    • Write high-quality secure code
    • Maintain knowledge of evolving industry trends, practices, techniques, and standards
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to create and implementing top-notch solutions
    • Ensure compliance of technology solutions with architectural/security standards and participation in the full development life cycle of the delivered capability.
    • Identify and solve key business and technology drivers that impact architectures, including end-user requirements, existing software distribution capabilities, existing application environments (including legacy and packaged systems), and performance/availability requirements.
    • Performing code reviews and implementing best engineering practices.
    • Collaborate with the QA team to identify test cases and create/mine test data to enable a thorough test of all development deliverables.
    • Create configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
    What you bring:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience in systems analysis, and design, and an expert understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
    • 10 years of professional experience coding and/or designing web applications/microservices utilizing modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices
    • Excellent object-oriented or functional analysis and design skills
    • Strong Java/J2EE knowledge with hands-on experience
    • Restful/SOAP API development and integration experience
    • Good understanding of Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Security)
    • Proficient in core JavaScript and a strong understanding of component-driven architecture
    • Solid experience in one or more front-end languages and libraries/frameworks like React, Vue, progressive web apps etc.
    • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and resource consumption
    • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
    • Proven experience as a full stack engineer or any similar role
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Familiarity with NoSQL
    • Working experience with AWS/cloud
    • Understanding and exposure to Micro Frontend architecture
    • Knowledge in various CI/CD tools and methodologies.
