Job Description

What this job involves:High IndependenceA very high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the primary contact for knowledge management and Operations enablement programs. Core responsibilities will include building strong knowledge in the team, driving quality governance mechanism across all JBS Lease Administrations sites and strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the business to contribute to the growth of JLL.Manage business requirementsIn this role, you will act as a primary lead for Knowledge management and Operations enablement for 3 delivery centres and head the Quality assurance program for Lease Administration delivery for all regions. You will work closely with the Operations team to understand abstraction and Account Management requirements, developing training plans, review various delivery issues and perform root cause analysis for all issues and errors, come up with recommended actions. In parallel, you will drive overall issue resolution at JBS, and will work with JBS Operations teams on the Health of accounts actions, and Share learning across teams and ensure appropriate training/ development opportunities are followed up on. In addition, you will Conduct new hire and refresher training (owner across JBS locations), and Ensure client level accuracy action plan adherence. You will also Conduct half-yearly knowledge assessments and own the LTO (License to Operate process) and drive completeness of Opeartions guides and Scope documents with Account Leads (Quarterly) and have a consistent onboarding practices and standard training manuals across all JBS sites delivering Lease Administration services.You will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly dynamic/ fast paced business environment while being a good leader/player. In this role, you will interact with the Business teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.Additional responsibilitiesBeing the person in charge for knowledge management, you will partner with Pega and Leverton team on any process improvements which relates to training the team as well as Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operational Excellence teams, Technology team in deploying RPA solutions, Workflow implementations, as well as business users, product owners and other stakeholders, will be part of your job. Jointly, you ll work with other regional leads on risk management and standardization. It would be wonderful if you ve worked on Lease Administration processes. Six Sigma certifications and PMP certifications will add value. You should be able to demonstrable experience of successful delivery of complex multidiscipline projects, and have an experience to work across large cross-cultural teams and the ability to work remotely with other centres, and you should have the ability to remain effective under stress, and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.Immaculate knowledgeOn top of everything else, do you also have experience in driving multiple complex processes and business initiatives Most important will be your outstanding talent in managing significance risks and a knack for handling escalations and solving problems.
