Your roles and responsibilities include: 1) Partner identification- Identify new partners such as Super Apps, online platforms, forums, partner sites etc. for generating demand for PlanetSparks programs- Select and prioritize partners based on expected cost, quality and volumes2) Partnership calendar and planning- Create the monthly partnership calendar to meet the monthly leads targets3) Deal Finalization- Close the deals with the terms that create mutually beneficial relations between the company and the partner- Ensure quick closure of the partnerships4) Tech integration- Work with the product teams to ensure quick integration of the partner with PlanetSparks platforms5) Measurement and tracking- Track and monitor various KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, lead to conduction, conversion and ROI on a daily basis - Create dashboards and reports6) Team-building and leadership- Build and lead a team of strategic alliances associates to achieve the company goalsWhat are We Looking For - MUST HAVE 6 to 10 years of experience in Strategic Alliances for generating more leads for a B2C consumer company. Experience in B2B would not be relevant- Must have a strong network of alliance partners that can be activated- Very strong orientation towards meeting targets and looking at data-driven insights- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills and the ability to close deals - Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire and grow team members What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build strategic alliances for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the alliances function and shape it independently like a Founder,
