Job Description

    Department- Treasury and FP&A Reporting To - Head Treasury Position Level- 1) Senior Manager/ AVP- 2) Executive/ Assistant Manager JD - Treasury Senior Manager/ AVP - Front office profile with core focus on fund raising, managing relationships, and working on the AOP of the organization. Key aspects of the role are -- Working closely with Lenders/Investors for Fund raising- To act as one point contact for lenders and get the data submitted to lender- Complete all formalities and documentation for successful conclusion of the financing deal/transaction- Arranging due diligence for the lenders and co-coordinating the top management meetings- Work closely with other stakeholders on financial planning and budgeting exercise- Oversee compliance with all covenants stipulated by the lenders/Investors- Coordinate with all external agencies including Institutional Investors, PE firms, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries and Lawyers- Adding value to ALCO Agenda- Working on securitization/ direct assignment transaction Key Skills required for the job: - Minimum 5 years of Experience into treasury profile. Work experience range 7-12 years- Should have been involved in front office role and fund raising with other FIs- Should be able to manage end to end fund raising activity for the organization- Good understanding of Investment and treasury products- Should understand BFSI segment very well- Good communication and writing skills JD - Executive/ Assistant Manager - Day to day work would involve working on corporate/board presentations, investors data, MIS and helping in fund-raising activities of the organization. Key aspects of the role are -- To manage Banking operations and treasury compliances- Ensure the accurate MIS and reconciliation of Structured products- Working on securitization/ direct assignment transaction- Update and manage the covenant tracker- Ensure the timely submission of data to NHB/RBI- Coordination with auditor for all the treasury related activities- Preparing the data to be submitted to lender- Data submission and CAM preparation to all the lenders and other stakeholders- Preparing ALCO Agenda pertaining to borrowing and related activitiesKey Skills required for the job-- Minimum 1 year of Experience into treasury profile.
