Job Description

    The position is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing Channel partners (Distributors) and ensuring increase in the Opt-ins numbers on digital, order booking and increase in sales revenue targets, unit sales and collections.Key Accountabilities: - Tracking targeted Sales Value (MINR) and Volume achievement (Units). - Achieving Targeted Sales (activity level per month) from the assigned secondary channels, and achievement of planned targets - Work Closely with National Sales to create and develop new channels for increasing width and depth of channel distribution pipeline in various geographies. - To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and - provide timely feedback as per market dynamics - Successfully liaison with Nationals Sales, business development ,offer and other functions to improve individual channel activities and customer experience. - Development and implementation of commercial policy and initiate market development activities as required to expand the customer foot print and sales pipeline. Strategic - Focus heavily on channel development and create strong channel partnerships within the region. - To act as the critical link between various channels & distribution spocs, to develop robust plan in executing the strategic initiatives- To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of channel sales by intelligent identification, development and allocation of channels- Activation, increase in contribution from Partners and Coverage Game Plan in close proximity working with National Sales- To recommend & execute strategies to develop e-Commerce capabilities in Channel- Partner Alignment with Schneider mission of sustainability, awareness of distributors about green premium offerings-Enable green secondary supply chain to end customers Operational - Managing all Channel related performance trackers and review mechanism - Maintains accurate records for activities conducted through commercial agreements Developmental - Prepare and execute action plans for each persona served on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing team so that effective sales closures for the region is achieved - Knowledge Management - To design development and outreach activity for channels - Identify knowledge gaps, map & set trainings Internal & External Interactions : Internal : Sales, BD, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance External : Panel Builders, Contractors, SI s, OEM s, End users, Service partners Eligibility, Education & Experience Requirement : - BE/MBA full-time - Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve targeted KPI s through a network of Channel Partners. - Continuously demonstrated ability to empanel performing channel partners - Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude, *Education / Requirements :
    • Bachelor s degree as minimum qualification. Post-graduate degree would be a plus. Preferably an Engineering or Business school MBA
    • 8-10 years experience in the customer facing business/industry out which 2-3 years experience in marketing.
    • Prior experience in B2B Sales & Distribution is a plus.
    • Strong data analytics and presentation skills are essential.
    • Highly proficient in Advanced MS Excel & power-point presentation
    • Highly passionate and self driven individual with positive attitude, influential leadership and collaborative working
