Job Description

As leader of Centre of Excellence, he/she will be responsible for delivering the strategy around maturity, adoption, and delivery of concepts & products in emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, Chat & Voice Bots, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing to bridge the technology gaps and to make business processes future ready. On the Innovation side, he/she will be responsible to ideate and build new initiatives to solve real-life customer problems and take the solutions to production. The role requires the leader to be comfortable with communicating and presenting to varied set of audiences like internal/external stakeholders (VPs, CxOs) and team members. The role requires the leader to be comfortable to get hands-on and provide guidance and technical direction to the CoE and Innovation team members.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Center of Excellence (for Architecture & Innovation) initiatives to drive the operational excellence in the organization
. Build, scale, and manage the COE for Innovation and Architecture along with team of business analysis, project managers, and engineers from partners
  • Contributes to the technical road map by selecting appropriate technologies, design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively
Contributes to the development of the IT Strategy by providing technical inputs. Analyses new opportunities and work with business to build innovative technology solutions. Researches new and leading technologies and business trends, and makes strategic recommendations that achieve greater worker/process productivity and improved program benefits delivery.
  • Maintains and applies up to date, specialist knowledge of database concepts, object and data modelling techniques and design principles, and a detailed knowledge of the full range of database architectures and, software available.
  • Ensures that the system design balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements.
. Strong strategic sense and analytical skills: ability to quickly synthesize data and formulate solutions. Strong technical writing to prepare Scope, RFP, RFQ, Whitepaper, etc. from time to time. Conducts technical evaluation of various technologies / solutions based on fact driven evaluation matrix. . Research on recent technologies (AR/VR, IoT, Blockchain, AI/ML) and trends to deliver the next-in-class solutions and demos. Design, build and lead custom solution offerings and design strategy for innovative solutions.. Architect technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple engagements from definition phase through implementation..
