Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Help clients optimize the investment and value derived from their S2P and enterprise digital assets and investments to transform capability, end user experience and adoption
    • Strong experience across upstream Sourcing, Contract and Risk management applications
    • Provide technical and functional expertise internally and to clients during the design, implementation, and deployment across the entire solution suite
    • Apply wider business context leveraging strong procurement acumen and understanding of critical design components (e.g., buying channels, purchasing policies, change management, benchmarks, service management etc.) to achieve business objectives
    • Provide clients with necessary functional / technical aptitude to configure the product to meet business requirements and design specifications
    • Research, solution, or otherwise identify approaches to requirements presented by clients in a self-directed manner
    • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit / Gap Analysis, document decisions, maintain configuration documentation, facilitate client testing activities, and coordinate deployment activities
    • Lead process discussions for leading and / or best practices
    • Contribute beyond client delivery with practice development, knowledge transfer, operational improvement and recruiting.
    Qualifications Minimum qualifications
    • Relevant years of experience in industry and/or consulting
    • Certified on a leading platform (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus etc.), Additional experience on ServiceNow and other technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning etc.) will be an advantage
    • Experience designing, mapping, and integrating Procurement Systems with third-party ERPs and other relevant business systems
    • Experience in solutioning and proposal management including strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
    • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
    • Experience in working with cross functional teams, either regionally or globally, with strong project / program management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results
