Primary skills: Basic knowledge contract law, specially procurement contact. Basic knowledge of due diligence process and risk assessment process. Proficient in using legal research tool like LexisNexis and/or Westlaw or any other public search engine Secondary skills: Should be able to work under defined parameters and guidelines with minimum supervision. Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines. Should be able to analyze and draw meaningful information from dispersed set of information Job responsibilities: Review Contracts and different Risk reports Create due diligence report and sending communication to different vendor/customer Follow organizational / engagement wide process / systems / policies Participate in Knowledge management initiatives and different research work. Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities Soft Skill Requirement: Excellent written and oral Communication Skill, Team Players with ready disposition to learn, able to lead a team. Proficient in MS Office specially Word and excel.,
