Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesKey job responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
• Partnering with retail, seller services and country leadership to define value strategy for installments as an extension of price.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs
• Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps
• Gaining support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by influencing peers and senior leadership
• Creating program goals and related metrics, track progress
• Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
• Leading business planning processes
A day in the lifeThe PMs daily life would include setting the product vision (being a greenfield concept) and defining the strategy for installments pricing, deal with ambiguity on a day to day basis, , collaborate with large group of stakeholders to fine tune strategy, analyze data to make continuous improvements, develop requirements for the product solutions and work closely with technical teams on the end to end launch.
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management or technology
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Data oriented approach a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers.
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations where limited information is available
• Ability to construct a vision basis long term customer and business needs and strong oral/written communication skills to articulate the same in a compelling manner
• Consumer payments or financial services experience is a plus, a clear understanding of payments globally even better!
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus
• Program management experience a plus given global coordination, and business line collaboration.
• Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage
• Experience with pricing and promotion systems and tech teams is a plus
