Job Description

    Looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager (Techno-Managerial) to manage multiple new projects, including key strategic initiatives such as the Workflow modernisation programme. The successful candidate will be expected to devise strategic and tactical solutions in line with the companys drivers for quick deliveries and long term high quality supportable applications, create high performing project teams and form excellent working relationships with senior customer representatives and across multiple business and System teams.
      14 - 17 years of industry experience across the complete life cycle of systems projects having worked on various projects as a Project Manager earlier.
      Strong Project Management experience.
      Exposure and having managed delivery of end to end client based and/or database/reporting projects
      Experience on managing J2EE based projects is desirable
      Proven track records for delivery of development and implementation projects preferable within a software house environment
      Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and multi team complex projects with full budgetary and delivery responsibilities
      Extensive knowledge and experience of project management & software development methodologies
      Understanding of emerging technologies
      Self motivated, flexible, with a can do attitude.
      Excellent communication/presentation inter-personal skills to present to/liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
      Ability to work well in a matrix-based and geographically-dispersed organisation with experience of leading geographically & culturally diverse teams
      Ability to pick up knowledge of the clients business, new technology areas, new processes/methodologies and apply these changes in the day-to-day working of the systems organisation, ideally with knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry and Workflow application
      Experience of delivering end to end projects in Pensions would be a distinct advantage
