Job Description

  • To work on activated incidents, perform end to end investigation till final closure.
  • To analyze the operation of customer s network activities and propose the sugestions for customer.
  • To acknowledge the reported security incidents and perform tier2 investigation on incidents.
  • Provide all operational support and guidance to tier1 team.
  • Act like an interface in between Tier1 and engineering team and provide best resolution or workaround on ongoing incidents.
  • To test resolution action proposed by higher level expert team before implementing in client security network for vulnerability management
  • To work on improvement plans with account management teams areas to incorporate in the Service Improvement Program as well as address Service Improvement Plan actions internally that have been agreed with CSM
  • To account for compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide feedback to Primary CSM
  • To actively assist in data integrity issues for the assigned customers.
  • To produce the Root cause analysis report for the customer where required
- Excellent verbal written communication skills in English language- Good knowledge of MS- Office.- Primary responsibility is to provide Tier 2 network security support of cybersoc environments supporting multiple customers.- This position interfaces with external clients and is highly visible.- Responsible for general architecture, initial configurations and subsequent management of one or more cybersoc technologies.- Provide 7x24 production support to accept, operate, and maintain security elements. There are off shift activities and pager rotation.- Troubleshoot end to end cyber security issues- Conduct risk assessments on all work performed. .- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive maintenance activities including configuration changes and code upgrades per business directive. Technical SkillsSIEM (Qradar, ArcSight) - device integration, Configuration and administration of use cases, managing daly operations of alerts triggered in SIEM.Vulnerability Management (Qualys) - integration of devices in Qualys. Regular scanning and reporting of vulernabilities and providing action plan to fix those vuleranibilities.Malware investigation and reportingForensic investigation of incidents and SPAM / Phising email investigationsKnowledge about conducting pen tests and composing the reports.DDOS Arbor and alert mitigations.,
