Join us and start doing your lifes best work.(sm)In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will be responsible for performing design, coding, unit testing and ensuring conformance to the team s development process and standards.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and architect teams to groom requirements specifications in features and user stories
  • Contribute in designing technical solution to meet the requirements
  • Plan and estimate the development and testing tasks required to deliver the features.
  • Deliver high quality code which adheres to standards and best practices.
  • Perform code reviews for peers
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Interact with other technical teams to identify and manage dependencies
  • Take up the responsibilities of backup tech lead in case of leaves or travel by the current tech lead
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 - 7 years of overall development experience
  • At least 4 years of development experience in Java
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing stream processing applications using Kafka
  • At least 3 years of experience in Spring framework
  • Experience of working on NoSQL databases like Cassandra
  • Hands on experience of implementing CICD pipelines
  • Hands on experience on Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift
  • Experience of working on Git and Jenkins
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good exposure of working with onshore team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge or experience of cloud technologies like AWS
  • Knowledge or experience of Elasticsearch and Kibana
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace and Prometheus
  • Familiarity with REST API development using Spring framework
  • Good knowledge on Provider LOB
  • Good to have US Healthcare background
  • Exposure to CMMi standards and processes
