Hardware Asset Management Sr. Analyst Join us as a Senior Analyst on our Service Delivery team in Gurgaon to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you ll achieve The Hardware Asset Management Sr. Analyst will support the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for one or more Dell Managed Services customers. The role will require prior experience in IT Asset Management ITAM and the functions that support asset lifecycle management. The responsibilities of this customer facing position include:
• Effective communication with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing Customer Experience
• Ensure the accurate collection, storage, and maintenance of data on all in-scope devices in the asset repository
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of asset data
• Manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports

• 7+ years of IT experience out of which 4+ years related to Hardware IT Asset Management, with a bachelor s / Master s degree
• Experience working on Industry leading ITAM tools such as Eracent, Flexera, ServiceNow etc.
• Moderate to Advanced experience using MS Excel, Access, SQL and similar tools
• ITIL v3 or 4 foundation certified
• Open to work in night shifts (US working hours)
Desirable Requirements
• Experience working in a Managed Services environment
