Job Description

    Job Description
    • Plan, developing and managing provider services teams with a strong focus on overall provider experience
    • Align with & influence key business partners to serve customers
    • Foster / maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability
    • Work with business leaders in helping them drive innovation and add value
    • Help business leaders continually improve their financials with the help of innovation and transformation
    • Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes
    • Drive and implementing changes - ensuring process improvements (Re-engineering)
    • Liaise with onshore to Analyze business trends, forecasting and planning based on the business trends
    • Create and presenting OBRs, QBRs & MBRs every month and quarterly
    • Create and sending monthly reports to senior management
    • Provide regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
    • Promote a high level of commitment to anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of each internal and external customer
    • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
    Required Qualifications:
    • Overall experience of 12+ years
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Excellent command over MS Office
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Experience of managing P&L
    • Ability to work with various partners and influence to drive results
    • Ability to manage client relationships
    • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills in a team environment.
    • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
    • Excellent project and team management skills
