SirionLabs is a 550+ people company with 7 offices globally.Job Role: Soft Skill TrainerWork Location: Gurgaon / Pune Years of Experience Required: 5+ YearsResponsibilities:
    • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and designing strategies for business needs.
    • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
    • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
    • Creating specific training modules and activities to impart soft skill training, confidence building and public speaking skills along with exceptional presentation skills.
    • Embrace new learning methods and technologies and impart business etiquettes.
    • Improve training effectiveness - Conduct assessments, quizzes surveys for training evaluation.
    • Constantly monitor employee performance, conducting mock sessions and doing a gap analysis.
    • Supervise training budgets.
    • Record training videos and maintain training-related materials.
    • Open to work in flexible working hours.
    • Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of training resources and collateral.
    , Requirements
    • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal, time management & organizational skills.
    • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
    • The trainer should possess excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred).
    • Excellent business communication skills (verbal, body language, presentation, etc.).
    • Should be able to present a medium to large audiences across geographies/cultural/linguistic backgrounds.
    • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
    • Critical thinking and decision making.
    • Must know how to use learning management systems and tools that integrate with them. Should know how to develop training materials with video editing and advanced content authoring tools and software
    • Knowledge of contract management platforms is a plus.
    • Experience in preparing training content.
    Education and Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Trainer in a corporate environment, with some relevant experience focused on soft skills and behavior /Corporate training.
    • Bachelor s degree in business, HR, or related field.
