About the opportunity Purpose of your roleSenior analyst programmer would be primarily be responsible for liaising with the technical leads, business analysts, and various product teams to design, develop the UI & trouble shoot the issue data stores. The role will involve understanding the technical design, development and implementation of Web Development. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an innovative andenthusiastic approach to technology and problem solving, will display good interpersonal skills and show confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels and exhibit a high level of ownership within a demanding working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Technical leads, Business Analysts and other subject matter experts.Understand the data model / design and develop the code as per the functional requirements.Providing the development estimatesAble to understand design aspects & mentor junior/new team membersImplement standards, procedures and best practices for better results.Interact with cross functional teams for coordinating dependencies and deliverables.Experience and QualificationsEssential Technical skills / experienceStrong Javascript experience with a minimum of 4 years experienceHands-on Experience in Javascript Frameworks like (Node, React)Knowledge of Javascript Design PatternsExperience of understanding the low/high fidelity level design aspects along with hands-on in UI development writing the unit testable codeHands on experience on HTML and CSSPreferably worked on AWS LambdaExperience of Source Control Tools such as GITStrong interpersonal, communication and client facing skillsAbility to work closely with cross functional teamsDesired skills / experienceKnowledge of NodeJS, Restfull API designDiagnostic and analytical skillsDisplay a flexible attitude, be able to thrive in an ever-changing environmentPersonal Characteristics Good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team playerAbility to work at a strategic and tactical levelAbility to convey strong messages in a polite but firm mannerSelf-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high quality design and development.Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with several stakeholders.Flexibility and an open attitude to change.Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long-term perspectiveAbility to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and technology environment.
