sourcing head in gurgaonRole and ResponsibilitiesIdentify prospective factories in India, Bangladesh, China for manufacturing of the Companies apparel products; design direction will be provided by company in the form of techpacksManage pre-production, during and post production merchandising/followups with prospective partners Manage extensive job-working efforts with new external factories; here some or all of the trims/accessories, fabrics will be provided by the organization mostly work with factories in NCR on this frontLiaise with various prospective and on-going organizations with regards to Costings, Order Follow ups, TnA management, and all commercial aspectsBe responsible to deliver as per quality parameters and expectation of the company; separate dedicated QC will be provided to assist in the processTravel extensively to identify raw material suppliers, factories, to augment design and product development efforts at the companyExperience:At least 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing for an apparel brand across all product categories knits, wovens; winter and summer products experience in kids wear will be preferred but not mandatoryEducational Qualification: Apparel production from a leading fashion institute, NIFT and PEARL will be preferredskills.
