  • Life insurance product configuration / set-up / modeling in the system illustration etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with team strategy and requirements
  • Decode the product rules / formulas set up in calculations sheets by actuaries
  • Acts as bridge between business stakeholders and IT data enablement teams to translate business needs into technical data attributes
  • Effectively elicits, analyzes, verifies, and communicates requirements including business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Work closely with multi-site virtual teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks /projects
  • Create UML diagrams for preparing the structure of product.
Competencies:
  • Deep understanding of life insurance products and it s components
  • Ability to de-code the complex insurance product formula available in calculation sheets (spreadsheet)
  • Experience of interacting with business to understand their flow & problems and provide business solution
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of creating and analyzing data flows , data models, system integration, APIs
  • Experience with Product set up in the application. Exposure to DXC s ProductXpress will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Agile Toolset (JIRA, Confluence) would be an asset
