Job Description

Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.What you will be doing:Responsible for the financial, operational performance & governance - assigns development resources to specific product/project teams with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with budget planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization, and staffing levels.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to the GBPO leader and the senior management team. Forecasts and manages resource pipeline. Interfaces with Talent Acquisition to plan, recruit and onboard new staff as needed.
    • Works closely with Local & Global Leaders and their organizations to coordinate activities that ensure success in the market, demand drivers and enabling the hiring / tracking based on the demand.
    • Works with Delivery Mgmt team, program/project managers and business managers to identify skill profiling, talent mix, org span
    • Assembles teams qualified to perform work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans. May work closely with program/project manager during project initiation to define scope and understand type, quantity and timing of resources needed.
    • Monitors utilization metrics and reports. Recommends and tracks corrective action to maximize both utilization and profitability of resources billable time. Coordinates plans for resource redeployment or retraining with TPO as needed.
    • Own and continuously improvise the operating model, including organization design and governance.
    • Oversee key business initiatives and long-range plans from inception through successful execution in collaboration with the senior management team.
    • Manage a team of business insights group that
      • Develops and implements standardized MIS procedures across all the business applications
      • Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS/reports to improve operational efficiency
      • Coordinate with the team to ensure that all new reporting requirements are understood and met
      • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements
      • Continuously work towards reducing manual effort on data mining and creating reports through automation and usage of tools such as Power BI
    • Closely partner with The People Office & Communications team to drive talent & communication strategy across 8000+ global delivery staff.
    • Determine viability and scalability of new transformation initiatives proposed by Leadership and for the WFM group. Bringing in technology and automation to various dashboard
    • Liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and GBPO Head for employee well-being initiatives, project updates, proposals, and planning.
    • Ensure that leadership is carrying out the strategic objectives of the organization in a way that is aligned to its mission and values.
    • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
    • Provide thought leadership on CSR initiatives and providing opportunities for employee participation
    WHAT YOU BRING
    • Overall 15+ years of experience, with a minimum 5-7 years in a business or executive management role. Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, team building, project management, conflict management, negotiation and time management skills
    • Proven track record of working closely with CXO leaders
    • Ability to influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization and serve as an advisor.
    • Experience in Operations in call center and back- office delivery organizations
    • Financial industry knowledge is preferred.
    • Strong expertise on program/change/risk management and data analytics, providing business insights to leaders
    • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
    • Exceptional communicator in written and verbal form
