Job Description

    Description:Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements., Job Responsibilities:
    • Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Including project delivery timelines, identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans, and managing changes in project scope and providing alternate solutions
    • This Job requires managing a team of Leads and Analysts in a 24 X 7 environment
    • Chalk out or improve operational systems, processes and best practises that guarantee organisational well-being
    • Contribute towards the achievement of company s strategic and operational objectives
    • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI s
    • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
    • Cater to clients or personnel s concerns
    • Expand and leverage client relationships through an understanding of client objectives; understanding pipeline of existing opportunities and effectively investigating and up-selling
