Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principlesAbility to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasivelyExperience with various design and prototyping tools. Hands-on experience with Adobe XD is desirableVastly skilled in web interface design focused on brand alignment and user journey experienceStrong attention to detail, and capable of delivering engaging and targeted designs
    • Creative and analytical approach
    • Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
    Ability to work independently, handling schedules in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
    • Experience conducting user research and usability studies
    ExperienceA strong portfolio featuring design work, that showcases UX journeys, visual design for mobile or desktop applications, infographics, iconography and how it leads to positive business outcomesDemonstrated ability to translate a clients brand into modern-looking user interfaces and other digital multimedia, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applicationsDemonstrated ability to create and follow a style guide or other visual design documentation, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholdersAn understanding of modern code, like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS, and other multimedia production to create working prototypes and interactive stories is highly desirableExperience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience research and/or design teamsExperience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (eg. Marketing, Sales), product management and/or technology/IT/engineering) is a plusResponsibilitiesDefine the design strategy and co-own the product performanceHelp plan and conductuser researchand competitor analysis. Interpret data and qualitative feedbackCreate user stories, personas and map journeysDetermine information architecture and create sitemapsCreate prototypes and wireframes. Conduct usability testing

    • Collaborate with team members to create aesthetically pleasing and modern user interfaces
