Job Description

    Responsibilities:Creates graphic, basic illustrations, diagrams, icons, buttons and other interactive elements using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, is must and Justinmind, Axure will be plus and other design tools.Understanding the product vision at hand, and conceptualizing the UI architecture and executing in the form of layouts, interfaces, graphics, icons and so on, before they enter the development phaseEnd-to-end execution - Ability to execute interface layout from scratch including all the graphic componentsDevelop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviorsConduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of mobile appsContribute to the Product teams knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologiesUnderstanding of contemporary user experience planning, interaction design and visual designStrong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly Androids design principles. In-sync with the recent design trends (including Material Design)Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.Good conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and creative skills.Ability to create wireframes as well as graphic design components, including detailed/intricate iconsExperience with developing user-centric interface designsRole Requirements4-5 years of experience as a UX/Visual DesignerStrong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skillsHands on designing expertise on mobile apps like- IOS, Android etcHands on designing expertise on Web apps/WindowsDemonstrated strategic thinking and organizational agilityAbility to interact with cross-functional and international teamsStrong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilitiesBachelor s Degree/Master s Degree in design or relate fieldAbility to work as part of the team and also be able to work independently when required,
