Currently we are looking for an Associate Support Consultant with technical expertise to support SAP Business One. SAP Business One is a single integrated business management application for small and medium businesses including all core business functions: Accounting and financials, Sales and customer relationship management, Purchasing and operations, Inventory and distribution, Financial Reporting and Budgeting.ROLEIn a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities:Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system, and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our clients businessShift Timings : Day shift (8:30 am 5:30 pm) / Mid shift ( 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)You will be required to work in shifts on need basisLiaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionalityCapable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assetsParticipating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner EnablementROLE REQUIREMENTMin 3 year experience of supporting SAP Business One customers (Preferred)Knowledge of Relational database management systems and experience as database administratorKnowledge of backup recovery scenarios and understanding of HANA administration /tuning/stability troubleshooting, HANA modeling.Understanding of High availability and disaster recoveryWorking experience with SQL and creating database artifacts.Preferably experienced with SAP HANA databaseWorking experience in UNIX/Linux (SUSE/RHEL) and good understanding of Virtualization, Storage and Network. is an advantageWilling to work during APJ / EMEA working hoursCertification or open SAP record of achievement on SAP HANA an added advantageWorking in fast changing environments, acquiring and sharing knowledge and improving processes.Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology processCustomer oriented, self-motivated and pro-active working attitudeQualificationsBCA/MCA/B Tech (Computer Science).Certified SAP B1 Consultant (Preferred).Location: Gurgaon,
