    HelloWe are Leading placement working with top it and non it companies in the world currently one of my client in Ahmedabad looking for below profile.Post: Team Lead (Magento Backend)Work Mode: Work from Home Experience: 8 Years +About this roleThis position would suit an experienced Magento Tech Lead who has client facing communication skills and the ability to Mentor and teach junior team members on Magento related topics.1. Work with Solution Architect in solution validation and estimation during pre-sales and ensuring delivery of technical solutions and functionality as per solution design.2. Work with project managers and scrum team members to ensure solutions are delivered timely & on budget3. Work with BA and the scrum team for ticket refinements by translating business requirements into technical solution & design4. Provide estimates, break down & add technical details to tickets for development team5. Handle the development of the most complex parts of the system6. Delegate and distribute tickets to developers during sprint planning sessions7. Create plan and strategy into technical document, and handle activities such as code audits, performance review & optimisation, security review & patching, Magento cloud environments setup and configurations, Magentoupgrades, data migration.8. Handle code reviews & release deployments.9. Provide recommendations to the client on best practices and solutions to meet their e-commerce needs.10. A sound knowledge of the Magento plugin ecosystem.11. Willing to learn Headless/GraphQL/React as this is an emerging technology framework our clients want to move too. Time to train in these skills will be facilitated.Ideal Skills & Experience:1. Proven technical leadership & hands on Magento 2 development2. Understanding of of Magento architecture & ecosystems3. Adobe Cloud infrastructure & services4. Adobe Cloud performance & security5. Working with APIs, web services, IPaaS, and integrations6. Understanding and application of OOP principles7. Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Fastly, PHP 8+8. Monitoring tools such as New Relic9. Git-based version control, and git branching strategy10.
